We will take the train in the afternoon from Paris to Caen and to one of our two favourite chateau hotels with dinner in the sumptuous starred restaurant – Le Pavé d’Auge in Beuvron en Auge.  The next morning we will visit la Fromagerie de la Houssaye to see how these cheeses are made and have a tasting of these award winning artisanal cheeses.  Then it’s on to visit the nearby Graindorge museum, the largest quality producer of these cheeses and lunch in their restaurant before heading back to Caen to catch the TGV back to Paris.
