To name a few of the famous cheeses to be found here: Époisses, Chaource, Soumaintrain, Langres, Citeaux and the little goat cheeses of Claquebitou, Montrachet and Charolais all complemented by the silky Bourgogne wines, escargot and other regional specialties.
