So you prefer to have a bit more control over your traveling partners? Our Private Group JOURNEY are perfect for friends, family members or co-workers who prefer to discover the world of terroirs together amongst themselves. The advantage of Private Group Travel for your group is that it is shared only amongst your chosen group.

What are your parameters?

Our aim is to keep things intimate so our JOURNEYS are limited to a maximum of eight guests. Private Groups of five to eight who would like to reserve a scheduled DOMAINES & TERROIRS JOURNEYS have the option of Private Group Travel and are eligible for Private Group discounting. The more people in your group, the greater the discount. If you have more than eight, see the Custom Group option.

Contact us at contact@domaines-terroirs.com so we can review your needs and confirm if the JOURNEY and dates you have in mind can accommodate your group. When each member of your group has paid their initial deposit your Private Group JOURNEY will be confirmed.

What do we offer Groups?

The larger your group, the bigger the price reductions!

• 5 – 6 guests receive a 5% discount
• 7 – 8 guests receive a 10% discount

These discounts are designed for Groups wishing to travel together. You can organize how you want to apply the discount as you wish – apply it against the cost of each individual group member’s JOURNEY, or applied against the cost of the trip organizer’s JOURNEY. Private Group discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers or promotions.

How to arrange a Private Group Journey?

Organizing groups is never easy, but we can help make this painless! We will take care of all your trip details with each member of your group if you give us the contact information for each member of your group. We will gather all the trip information for them and sort out their payments. We are there to answer any and all of your group’s questions about the proposed JOURNEY to get everyone on board.

How do we keep everyone informed?

To help everyone get ready to go, we will provide you and each member of your group with timely information about how the booking is progressing and the next steps for each of your group. For the group organizer, we will communicate with you regularly so you can assist with nudging the ‘slow off the mark’ members along (peer pressure at its finest!).
