Come with us to discover how this world famous stinker is made, the people who make it and all of its history.  Take an overnight trip to the home of Époisses de Bourgogne and get a first hand taste at Gaugry of why this cheese holds the honour of being called the King of Cheese.

We will take the TGV from Paris to Dijon and ‘prends un verre’ in the square of this beautiful city before heading down to one of our two favourite chateau hotels with dinner in their sumptuous restaurant,   The next morning we will visit the Gaugry museum for a guided visit and tasting and then head on to Pommard to have lunch at a one star restaurant where the chef has created a desert with this yummy cheese.  Then we will visit the world famous Hospice de Beaune before heading back to Dijon to catch the last TGV to Paris.

Leave from Paris: 8h00 – 10h30
Return to Paris: 19h00 – 22h30
